Keuling fly rods are available for purchase through elkeulingrodco.com. After you have selected a fly rod for purchase, go to the "Contact Us" web page and send us an email indicating your rod selection, best contact email address, phone number, and any other information. A company representative will contact you to discuss your order and arrange for payment and shipping information.
Fly rods built to order require a 50% deposit and are usually ready for shipment in two to three weeks. Bamboo fly rods can take longer depending on the number of bamboo blanks ready for fly rod building. Fly rods listed on the Special Sale Fly Rods" web page can be purchased for immediate sale and shipment.
All fly rods with the exception of "Special Sale" fly rods are shipped free within the lower 48 states. Shipping is by FedEx or UPS "regular ground". Customer pays for expedited shipping.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN PRIVILEGE
Keuling fly rods purchased from the Company's website elkeulingrodco.com come with an exclusive fourteen-day
customer return or exchange privilege. The customer has fourteen days from the delivery date of the fly rod to either exchange it for another fly rod or return it for a full refund. It's that simple. No questions asked. With this exclusive "Exchange or Return Privilege" the customer
can purchase a fly rod from the Company's website without concern about whether it is the right fly rod for their needs. The fly rod quality and action can be evaluated by the customer as if the fly rod was being purchased from a fly rod shop. THERE IS NO COST TO THE CUSTOMER for this privilege. The Company pays all shipping and insurance costs.
To take advantage of this exclusive "Exchange or Return Privilege" the customer must return the fly rod in new condition without any wear or damage. The shrink wrap on the ultra-flor quality cork handle and the other protective material on the nickel silver reel seat must not be removed.
If the fly rod was purchased from the Company's website and shipped to the customer, the fly rod must be returned in the same special shipping box. The Company will provide a prepaid shipping label. Complete instructions for the use of the "Exchange or Return Privilege" are included with the fly rod along with information about the Company's limited LIFETIME WARRANTY.
