LIFETIME WARRRANTY
The E.L. Keuling Rod Company Lifetime Warranty covers every fly rod manufactured after December 31, 2015, for defects in materials and craftsmanship. Fly rods must be registered with the company within 30 days of receiving the fly rod by the customer. Customers can register by sending back the warranty card included with the fly rod or by going to the company's website and filling out the registration card. This warranty accrues to the benefit of the original owner of the fly rod. The" original owner" shall be that person whose name appears on the product registration card in the possession of the company. This warranty is not transferable by the original owner to a third party. The only exception is the transfer by gift or bequest from the original owner to a daughter or son.

This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the fly rod. The warranty does not cover consequential, direct or indirect damages of any kind resulting from the use of the fly rod by the original owner or another third party. This warranty does not cover damages to the fly rod as the result of intentional or accidental breakage, fire or theft,
modification or customization of the fly rod.
The E.L. Keuling Rod Company reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace the fly rod covered by this warranty. The company also reserves the right to replace discontinued models with comparable models when necessary.

WARRANTY REPAIR
All fly rods requiring repair under the company's warranty may be returned by contacting the company and completing the online" Product Return Request Form." There is a $50 processing fee for all fly rods returned for warranty service. Upon receipt of the Product Return Request Form, you will receive a prepaid FedEx shipping label to be attached to the shipping box. All fly rods are returned by packing them in the original SPECIAL BOX THE ROD WAS SHIPPED IN and returning the rod via FedEx. Place the fly rod in the rod bag and rod tube along with any broken or damaged parts. Place the rod tube in the shipping box and secure with shipping tape. Be sure the prepaid shipping label is attached. Most warranty repairs are completed within two weeks of receipt of the fly rod. We will contact you by email if there is a delay in handling the repair.
